The QuantDAO roadmap is exceedingly straightforward. Launching the protocol with manual operations has specific intent, to study market dynamics and modify programmatic execution to achieve a stable and effective decentralized protocol.
The protocol was launched with multisig and manual operations with the core and operational, allowing for fully sufficient operation and realization of the core thesis. During the first week the buyback/burn is used with discretion, shifting to utilization of Snapshot.box as the consensus venue.
The purpose of launching "V0" is deliberate in order to study market dynamics and DAO participation, such that modifications can be appropriately integrated into V1, providing an ideal decentralized experience.
In-house voting released to avoid dependency on Snapshot.
The DAO should focus solely on high capitalization coins and tokens, attempting to minimize risk.
introduced. The DAO is encouraged to retain low-risk operations upon their integration.
begin integration into the DAO's dashboard app.
"Mid-cap" tokens and above should be considered as risk appetite is increased now that DAO members are more proficient in communications between participants, and hold a full understanding of the protocol and how QBs can affect the protocol's mechanics.
Components and features under are integrated, allowing for greater fund and function flexibility.
With the introduction of V2, the protocol and community’s organizational features are being fine-tuned, lower capitalization tokens are now being considered via , while operating under the tenets of basic .
As aspects of V2 become finalized and integrated, the DAO may have adopted new paradigms and ideas, or perhaps changed their perspectives on core mechanics. The concept of V3 is intentionally vague, as over the course of core development V0 -> V1 -> V2 will without question give rise to opinions of the future direction of the DAO. As such, active discussions and public forums will determine the ultimate direction of development.
